  • Create detailed 3D models and high-quality, photo realistic renderings for interior design projects.
  • Interpret design briefs and translate concepts into visual presentations.

  • Develop and optimize lighting, materials, and textures for realistic imagery.
  • Maintain quality standards and meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in 3D architectural visualization.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing photo realistic architectural renders and animations.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in 3D visualization software (3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Corona, or equivalent).
    • Experience with animation and walkthroughs.
    • Strong skills in post-production software (Photoshop, After Effects, or equivalent).
    • Knowledge of real-time rendering is a plus (Unreal Engine, Enscape, D5).
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating realistic visuals.
