Revenue Performance Manager

We are seeking a talented Revenue Performance Manager to join our team at Supermom Business. This role will be responsible for strategising and creating multi-channel marketing plans to deliver on lead generation campaigns for various client accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6-8 years' experience in user acquisition marketing, either with B2C brands or with agencies, and a proven track record of managing successful B2C demand generation programmes.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Strategising and creating multi-channel marketing plans to deliver on lead generation campaigns
  • Briefing, project managing, and overseeing the quality of work from a team of performance specialists, CRM specialists, data processing specialists, copywriters, and designers
  • Forecasting budget/CPL and timelines for campaigns
  • Constantly monitoring performance across multiple campaigns and being agile in moving resources across campaigns or changing creatives/channels as needed

The successful candidate will have excellent time management and project management skills, be able to multitask and handle multiple campaigns at the same time, and have good interpersonal skills to deal with different types of clients, internal colleagues, and stakeholders.
