As an Admin/Account Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, managing office supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Main Responsibilities and Duties
  1. Provide administrative assistance to executives, including data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping
  2. Support Purchasing Executives in procurement, inventory management, and logistics
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, both physical and digital
  4. Coordinate with the cleaner and other staff members to ensure a clean and organized workspace
  5. Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by the team
Requirements and Expectations

Exceptional Organizational Skills are required for this role, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
