About the Role
We are seeking an Associate HR Analyst to support our Payroll and People Data processes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring data quality and integrity across various systems.
Main Responsibilities
- Receive, analyze, process, and follow up on personnel administration requests via multiple channels, ensuring accurate and timely interface with internal/external processing chains.
- Manage entire termination workflow for all termination types, including leaves calculations, information checks, letter preparation, system updates, payment calculations, and exit clearance.
- Provide advisory services on employee inquiries, policy clarifications, HR processes, HR system guides, legislation processes, and other related matters.
- Monitor service requests to ensure delivery is in accordance with established Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
Key Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualifications: Degree in Accounting, Mathematics, Commerce, or Business Administration and Finance.
- 1-2 years of related HR working experience in Payroll and HR Operations.
- Preferably experience in relevant HR procedures, practices, and country statutory requirements.
- Working knowledge of integrated payroll systems, preferably SAP.
- Demonstrates a good level of proficiency in language and culture of the supported country/location.
- Understanding of HR principles and/or Employee Laws of the supported country/location.
