This role focuses on providing efficient administrative support to the sales team, ensuring seamless operations and effective tracking of sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily sales data, track A&P spending, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Support documentation processes, agent agreements, and trading terms.
  • Prepare periodic sales analysis and reports, including ANP forms for SAP systems.
  • Generate sales and expense reports for the sales division head.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the sales team, handling tasks like processing orders and managing customer records.
Requirements
  • Candidates should possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast-paced business environment is preferred, with FMCG industry experience being an asset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and attention to detail are essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities.
