Your Key Responsibilities

  • Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  • Preparing project schedules, requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and managing risks with support from relevant departments.
  • Ensuring projects apply contract and claims management according to Hitachi Energy policies.
  • Following execution best practices, monitoring project progress, and ensuring efficient resource utilization.
  • Assuring a valid Project Safety plan is in place and meet customer commitments.
  • Influencing project expenditures, follow up on invoicing, and understand contract terms.
  • Participating in project team meetings, review project status, and ensure customer requirements are met.

Requirements

  • A tertiary education in electrical engineering or a relevant industry.
  • At least 5 years of experience in end-to-end project management.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple complex projects.
  • Possess strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Business-minded, results-focused, and able to perform under pressure.
  • Proficient in English, Malay, and Chinese, as well as Microsoft Projects and SAP processes.
