  • Main Responsibilities:

    The incumbent will work closely with business units to analyze processes, design automation workflows, and develop bots using RPA software (e.g., UiPath) to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance productivity.

  • Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

    • Functional: Identify automation opportunities and design efficient RPA solutions. Develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using UiPath or other relevant technologies. Monitor and maintain deployed bots, ensuring optimal performance and resolving any issues.

    • Organizational: Contribute to the overall success of the Hyperautomation CoE by supporting the implementation of the bank's hyperautomation strategy. Participate in knowledge sharing and training initiatives to promote RPA adoption across the organization.

Jobholder Requirements:

  • Education/Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in RPA development and implementation, preferably with UiPath. Strong understanding of RPA concepts, methodologies, and best practices.

  • Good-to-have Skills: Familiarity with banking processes and regulatory requirements. Experience with other automation technologies (e.g., AI, machine learning).

  • Certification/Licensing Requirements: Professional certifications in RPA tools or methodologies (e.g., UiPath Certified Professional) are advantageous.
