About the Company
Luxoft is a leading bank in Asia with a global network of over 500 branches and offices in 19 countries and territories. The company has over 80 years of history in the banking industry and is expanding its footprint in Malaysia. As a part of Technology and Operations, you will work in a newly setup technology center located in Kuala Lumpur.
Responsibilities
* Attend requirement gathering sessions and actively participate in BRD reviews* Perform impact analysis on existing system functionalities with respect to new proposed changes* Create Functional Specification documents based on the BRD, conduct functional walkthroughs, and obtain FS signoff* Prepare data mapping specifications for sourcing required data for Basel computation from source systems* Provide adequate support to the development team in analysis and design* Support Development team in SIT investigations* Support in UAT testing and investigate issues raised in UAT* Coordinate with users during the UAT phase for techno-functional queries* Assist Project Manager in delivery of the project and coordination with various stakeholders* Step in as Technical Delivery Manager to manage end-to-end delivery of the project when demanded* Meticulously help the team deliver the project within committed timelines* Maintain risks and issues tracker and see them to closure* Liaise with business partners and vendors for changes raised in regulatory risk domain for reporting purposes
Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have 9+ years of working experience in Regulatory Reporting or Credit/Market Risk, Operational Risk, or similar areas. They should have working experience of Regulatory Reporting on Common Reporting Standard (CRS) in Core Banking, Treasury Products. The candidate should possess capability in requirement analysis and functional design skills, self-learning, and adaptability. Experience with project management best practices/methodologies/project lifecycle is also necessary. Good knowledge of SQL database is essential.
