Position Overview
The Global Accounts Payable team is responsible for the execution of global processes within the Source to Settle organization. This role will focus on specific activities within one of the following functions: Accounts Payable Defect Resolution, Accounts Payable Control Execution, Accounts Payable Governance or Accounts Payable Strategic Overdue Management.
This position will involve delivering against operational performance targets, working as part of a team to ensure that our supplier accounts payable is effectively, timely and compliantly managed, ultimately ensuring we settle our supplier invoices on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the Accounts Payable Defect Resolution process to prevent overdue invoices and achieve paid on time KPIs
- Implement Invoice Processing SOX and operational controls, as well as local market regulatory requirements
- Maintain vendor accounts to ensure vendor ledgers are clean and up to date
- Work with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure overdue invoices are settled, and drive down overdue invoice volumes
