SSP (E&M) SDN BHD is a leading E&M Engineering Consulting firm in Malaysia, providing services such as Convention Centres, Hotels, Retail Malls, Office Towers, Condominiums, Township developments, Hospitals, University campus, Expressway lighting, toll systems and traffic control and surveillance systems, Water and Waste Water treatment plants, Port facilities, Airport terminal buildings including FIDS and baggage handling system, Railway stations, traction power system, signaling system and communication system; factories and warehouses including mechanical handling systems and power distribution systems up to power intake at 132KV level.

We are seeking a highly motivated Design and Development Lead to lead our design and development teams and ensure that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. The successful candidate should have a strong background in mechanical engineering, excellent leadership skills and experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead design and development teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules and budgets
  • Maintain good relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in mechanical engineering and project management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Minimum 5 years experience in mechanical engineering and project management
