To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field, along with proven experience as a Project Manager and strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. You should also possess excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
