About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Base Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing procurement processes to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Negotiating contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure the best possible prices.
  • Managing inventory levels to optimize stock turnover and reduce waste.
  • Developing cost-effective logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Liaising with suppliers, manufacturers, and retailers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and meeting financial commitments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, procurement, or warehouse operations.
  • Experience in oil & gas, energy, or related industries is preferable.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, and vendor relations.
  • Proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze logistics data and develop cost-effective strategies.
  • Knowledge of PETRONAS MPM regulations and compliance standards.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
