Job Title: Senior Account Finance Executive

Linc Shared Services seeks a seasoned finance professional to oversee client engagements, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.

This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to supervise multiple client relationships and manage junior staff members.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, and possess a degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing working papers, financial statements, tax computations, and audit reports prepared by junior staff, providing guidance and training to ensure quality control.

Liaising with clients to understand their business operations and offering valuable insights and recommendations is also key to this role.

Maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention is crucial to the success of this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise multiple client engagements, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Review working papers, financial statements, tax computations, and audit reports prepared by junior staff.
  • Provide guidance and training to junior team members, fostering professional growth and ensuring quality control.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their business operations and offer valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant accounting standards (e.g., MFRS/IFRS) and tax regulations.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing efficiency and workflow, both internally and for clients.
  • Assist in client onboarding, planning, and execution of audit or advisory projects.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  • At least a Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and willingness to learn quickly.
  • Good command of Mandarin is an added advantage.
