Key Responsibilities

The Technical Operations Expert will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support and services to our clients. This role involves troubleshooting, configuring, and maintaining IT infrastructure for both internal and managed services clients.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and macOS environments, as well as basic to intermediate networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs).
