Job Description

The HRBP Executive will play a critical role in shaping our HR strategy and driving business results. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of progressive experience in HR roles, with a strong focus on HR business partnering.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and build strong relationships with all levels of employees and management.

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required, with a Master's degree or HR certification being a plus.
