  • Assess Transformation Impact: Work closely with stakeholders to assess the transformation's impact on employees and the organization, identifying potential challenges and proactively addressing risks to facilitate smooth transitions.
  • Drive Effective Change Communication: Focus on effective change communication and drive adoption across the organization, ensuring all levels of employees are well-informed and engaged.
  • Innovate Change Communication Channels: Innovate and explore new channels and methods for increasing awareness of the ERP transformation, such as events, newsletters, success stories, and other creative initiatives.
  • Collaborate with External Partners: Coordinate with external partners to create, write, and design engaging content, including videos and other communication materials that support the ERP transformation narrative.
  • Serve as Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for all change management efforts, offering guidance and support to project teams, functional leaders, and stakeholders on effective communication strategies.
  • Foster Strong Relationships: Foster strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with the change management program's goals and deliverables.
