Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless execution of process changes.

  • Maintain accurate records and reports on process improvements and branch performance.

Expected Outcomes:

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

  • Minimum 5 years of industry experience or equivalent knowledge.

  • Strong modal product knowledge and ability to collaborate across functional boundaries.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and skilled in process analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Mastery of data-driven decision-making and effective communication skills.

  • Ability to create strong working relationships with all organizational teams.
