As a key member of the Boston Scientific team, you will play a critical role in maintaining and managing our Free Trade Agreement processes. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines and GAAP, as well as implementing procedures to guarantee the accuracy of product costing and inventory reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain standard cost systems, including M-Plant and D-Plant, to ensure alignment with corporate accounting processes.
- Provide support to operations and distribution teams by analyzing actual versus budget performance.
- Liaise with the finance department to address special financial analysis and project requirements.
- Collaborate with the cost accounting manager to implement controls and ensure accuracy in product costing and inventory reporting.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
- CPA, ACCA, or CIMA certification is preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in cost accounting with a multinational company.
- Familiarity with SAP and ERP systems is an advantage.
