Get to Know the Team:

The Country & Marketing Analytics team plays a crucial role in helping the organisation by analysing past operations and marketing programs, deciphering their impact on our business, brand, and users, to improve the outcome of future projects.

Job Overview:

You will report to the Senior Analytics Manager and lead the data-driven decision-making for our Digibank offerings. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze complex datasets, derive actionable insights, and support strategic programs. Your expertise will help us understand customer behavior, optimize our products, and improve overall user experience.

Critical Tasks You Will Perform:

  1. Collaborate with digibank teams to understand their data needs.
  2. Analyse large datasets and generate actionable insights.
  3. Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making for digibanks.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the performance of machine learning models, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the business.
  5. Create dashboards and reports to visualise important metrics and insights.
  6. Present recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity and actionable outcomes.

What Essential Skills You Will Need:

  1. At least 4 years of analytical experience conjugated with business acumen, with some experience in financial services.
  2. Experience with analytical tools such as database querying (SQL, Presto, Hive), visualisation and reporting tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Holistics), and programming languages (Python, R).
  3. Experience working with complex data sets.
  4. Experience in contextualizing complex data insights to business stakeholders.
  5. Experience with machine learning techniques and algorithms, with experience applying them to real-world problems.
