Key Responsibilities:

  1. Full-Set Accounting: Handle full-set accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
  2. Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
  3. Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure financial stability.
  4. Transaction Recording: Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.

Audit Compliance:

  1. Liaison with Auditors: Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  2. Audit Documentation: Prepare and provide necessary documentation for external audits.
  3. Financial Regulations: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.

Client Stakeholder Management:

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  2. Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a managerial role.
  3. Knowledge: Strong knowledge of full-set accounting, financial reporting, and audit processes.
  4. Liaison Experience: Experience in liaising with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies.
  5. Software Proficiency: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, QuickBooks, SAP).
  6. Skill Set: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  7. Personal Qualities: Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to work independently.
  8. Local Tax Knowledge: Familiarity with local tax regulations (SST, GST, corporate tax) is an advantage.
