Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage the accounts department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage cash flow, funding requirements, and financial projections.
  • Liaise with tax agents, auditors, and company secretaries to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate with sales administration to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Jointly oversee credit control with sales administration.
  • Review monthly sales reports, progress collection, and sales target achievement.
  • Manage general office administration, office upkeep, and office equipment procurement.
  • Assist in feasibility studies and cash flow projections for new land bank acquisitions, new property developments, and joint ventures.
  • Analyze and develop strategic business plans based on the company's financial standing.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a property development company.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized.
  • Experience in financial modeling and strategic planning.
  • Familiarity with property development industry practices and compliance requirements.
