  • Provide high-quality service for incoming calls from customers and prospects related to leads, quotes or orders.
  • Leads registration, qualification and distribution.
  • Selected quote creation, follow-up, revision and closing.
  • Nurturing of high-value leads and high-potential dormant customers.
