We're looking for a talented HR Executive to join our team, who will be responsible for supporting the organization through a comprehensive range of HR operations, designing and implementing internal HR strategies and activities. This role involves contributing to process improvement initiatives, leading HR projects, and driving organizational change to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Performance Management: Provide guidance to line management on performance management, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions.
  2. Manage performance management processes in alignment with company recognition and reward programs.
  3. Investigate and resolve complex employee relations issues.

Employee Engagement Initiatives

  1. Participate in initiatives that enhance a positive work environment for employees.
  2. Provide feedback and recommendations on employee issues and concerns.
  3. Conduct surveys and analyze data to inform engagement strategies.

Training and Development Programs

  1. Develop and lead orientation programs for new employees.
  2. Coordinate training schedules with external consultants.
  3. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

Compensation and Benefits Administration

  1. Oversee payroll administration, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  2. Administer and review employee benefits programs.
  3. Provide guidance on compensation policies and benefits-related inquiries.

HR Operations and Process Improvement

  1. Manage all HR administration processes, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.
  2. Design and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and reduce manual efforts.
  3. Serve as a point of contact for HR policy and practice inquiries.

Project Management and Change Leadership

  1. Lead or participate in HR projects to improve company-wide processes and policies.
  2. Partner with management to drive organizational change and communicate new processes effectively.
  3. Advocate for continuous improvement within the HR team and across the organization.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Management or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a HR Operations role.
  3. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  4. Demonstrated experience in managing change initiatives and fostering acceptance of new processes.
  5. Proven track record of providing effective HR support and guidance.
  6. A collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
