About the Role- We are looking for an individual who can manage sales orders from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities- Receive and process sales orders via phone, fax, email or field staffs
- Coordinate bulk orders, including arrangement of transport and delivery
- Assist in scheduling and planning for the Production department on bulk orders, medications, special rations and types of packing and labeling
- Prepare and provide daily sales reports
- Handle cash transactions for sales
In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be responsible for credit control and collection, weighing of all vehicles entering and leaving the premises, and assisting with stock checks and shipments.
