The successful candidate will have several years of experience in complex industrial environments, preferably with a background in Electronic Business and Semiconductor. As a Project-/Risk Manager, they will drive, monitor, and steer risk management projects analyses, ensuring that our operations are well-managed and secure.

Your Responsibilities
  • Integration of risk management in plant Kulim through conducting risk management workshops and setting up structure/responsibilities.
  • Supporting the Campus Program and Project managers as well as department heads by identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks/opportunities.
  • Interface with all relevant stakeholders (internal/external) including institutional and public associations.
  • Monitoring and controlling the implementation and execution of risk mitigation actions and continuously reassessing their effectiveness.
  • Triggering the escalation path on foreseen/already over threshold risks.

As a key member of our team, you will support the development and implementation of the Risk Management and Business Continuity Process, detailing procedures and tool implementation in accordance with group-wide standards and requirements.

Your Profile
  • Degree from university; certificate from IPMA, PMI or PRINCE2.
  • Several years of professional experience in complex industrial environment (Electronic Business and Semiconductor is a plus).
  • Proven experience as a Project-/Risk Manager (drive, monitor and steer risk management projects analyses).
  • Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques, tools, and methods.
