Job Description

As a Broadcasting Specialist at Laurel B SDN BHD, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality live content that engages and captivates our audience. Your primary duties will include:

1. Live Streaming Monitoring

• Continuously monitor live streams for content, quality, and audience engagement.
• Provide actionable feedback and suggestions for improvement to ensure exceptional live content.

• Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines, company policies, and platform regulations during all live sessions.

• Cultivate close relationships with marketing, content, and livestream operation teams to synchronize live content with brand messaging and promotional campaigns.
• Determine and schedule live stream sessions based on audience insights, product launches, and promotional events.

• Meticulously track live host performance metrics and develop strategies to improve them and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct thorough analysis of live stream metrics and present findings to the management team to refine hosting techniques.

• Regularly stay up-to-date on the latest live streaming trends and competitor activities to maintain the hosting team's competitiveness.
• Rapidly address any issues that arise during live broadcasts with professionalism.
