Lead Warehouse Operations

This role is responsible for leading the warehouse operations team, ensuring that all products are stored accurately and orders are fulfilled on time. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics coordination, inventory control, and warehouse processes.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing third-party logistics (3PL) service providers, ensuring adherence to SLAs, cost efficiency, and service quality. They will also work closely with external warehouses to ensure accurate inventory control and timely order processing.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive process improvements to enhance warehouse throughput and reduce operational costs.
  • Leverage technology (SAP, WMS) to streamline warehouse and 3PL operations.
  • Lead and mentor the warehouse and 3PL team, providing guidance on operational execution, problem-solving, and performance improvement.
Requirements
  • A degree in Business, Manufacturing Management, Logistics Management or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory control, and logistics coordination.
