Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support project managers in coordinating project activities
  • Break down work into actionable tasks with project managers
  • Schedule and assign tasks to internal teams and monitor progress
  • Proactively escalate deviations during projects
  • Analyze and assess risks and opportunities
  • Attend stakeholder meetings
  • Coordinate with clients to plan upcoming tasks and clarify requirements
  • Communicate project status to all participants

We Are Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in project management or a related field
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Project Coordinators
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Clear communication skills
  • Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to learn and stay updated with industry trends
  • Demonstrates accountability and responsibility
