The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience working in IT service management or a similar role, with a strong understanding of technical help desks and incident management.

We are looking for someone who can quickly acquire a functional or technical understanding and work collaboratively with our team to resolve issues.

In this role, you will support business operations by improving or performing systems configurations to resolve functional issues raised by the business area.

You will also be responsible for quality and support to solve technical incidents, monitor and analyze root cause of system/production disruption, and report recommendations to prevent reoccurrence.

A bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, engineering, or finance/banking industry is preferred, along with certification in ITIL.

The successful candidate will have strong IT background, understand data feeding (MQ, FTPs), SQL (preferably Oracle), and IT incident and problem management procedures.

You will also have excellent people skills, problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills, as well as strong written and oral communication skills.
