Your primary focus will be on total cost management of projects, working closely with our clients to ensure that their budget is optimized and their project goals are met.

  • Responsible for total cost management of projects, demonstrating leadership and coaching to Graduate CM.
  • Carry out cost management and contract administration duties with reasonable supervision and guidance.
  • Provide all work outputs in an accurate and timely manner.

You will have excellent technical knowledge and experience across the full range of Cost Management duties including: Cost Estimates, Bills of Quantities, Value Engineering, Tendering and Evaluation, Contract Knowledge, Change Orders and Final Account close-out.
