As DevOps Engineer, you will join the Software Engineering & DevSecOps chapter, partnering with other internal experts, specializing in various aspects of software engineering. Together, the team collaborates on multiple products that contribute to our internal business requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leading collaboration with architects and developers to establish technical specifications, driving and influencing product strategy, business requirements, and translating them into development tasks, and when required, leading DevSecOps activities. Drive the implementation and maintenance of efficient Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery pipelines to automate the software delivery process.

  2. Deploying and managing software applications underlying infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code principles and tools and maintaining version-controlled configurations. Lead the adoption of robust security practices throughout the development and deployment lifecycle.

  3. Implementing observability solutions to measure the availability and performance of software applications.

  4. Developing and maintaining technical specifications, diagrams, and supporting system documentation.

  5. Incorporating industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Software and DevSecOps Engineering in your daily work.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The following skills are a must for the job:

  1. Experience in full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering, design, software development, testing, and retirement of systems, agile software development methodologies, source code management tools (Gitlab, Github), CI/CD Pipelining (Gitlab-ci, Github actions and/or Jenkins), Python programming, observability and monitoring tools (i.e., DataDog, Splunk, LogicMonitor, Elastic Search, Grafana, etc.), Docker and/or Kubernetes, AWS/Azure Cloud Providers.

  2. Essential effective oral and written communication skills in English. Working in cross-functional teams and across multiple time zones.

  3. 6 - 8 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering. At least 3+ years of experience working in one or more multinational work environments (e.g., healthcare industry experience is a plus).

  4. Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills & good communication and collaboration skills.
