Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Conveyancing Specialist to join our team at Malaysianbar. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing sale and purchase agreements for subsale transactions, handling and monitoring subsale transactions from beginning to end, and performing other conveyancing work assigned by the Firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review sale and purchase agreements for subsale transactions.
- Coordinate and monitor subsale transactions from beginning to end, ensuring timely completion and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Perform other conveyancing work assigned by the Firm, including drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting research, and providing advice on conveyancing matters.
Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) or be a member of the Malaysian Bar.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
- Preferably able to start immediately or on short notice.
- Mandarin speaker as the working environment requires it.
