Key Responsibilities
  1. We are seeking an experienced Legal Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the legal team to provide effective legal research and support on a wide range of company operations and transactions.
  2. The successful candidate will engage with various departments to ensure compliance with local regulations and equity crowdfunding laws.
  3. They will draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents pertinent to crowdfunding and investment operations.
  4. The Legal Executive will assist in the identification and management of legal risks within the business and propose proactive solutions.
  5. Staying updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices is crucial to ensure ongoing compliance and efficient updating of company policies.
  6. Facilitating the successful and timely completion of legal projects by collaborating with internal teams and external legal counsel as needed is essential.
Required Qualifications
  1. A Bachelor's degree in Law or a related discipline is required.
  2. 2-3 years of experience in a legal role within the finance or crowdfunding sector is preferred.
  3. Strong understanding of legal terminology and excellent drafting skills are essential.
  4. Proven ability to handle legal and compliance issues with professionalism and discretion.
  5. Demonstrated experience in contract negotiation and corporate legal affairs.
  6. An analytical mindset with the ability to convey complex legal concepts to non-legal team members clearly.
