Job Overview

The Senior Project Planner will be responsible for coordinating the planning and delivery of construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as experience working in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate the development of Master Work Programmes (MWP) to meet project deadlines.
  2. Communicate effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and external parties to ensure project success.
  3. Identify and mitigate potential project risks through proactive issue management.
  4. Develop and implement processes to improve project efficiency and reduce costs.
  5. Provide expert advice on project planning, scheduling, and control.
  6. Work closely with BIM teams to integrate building information modeling into project workflows.
  7. Analyse data to inform project decision-making and drive business growth.
  8. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  9. Liaise with external stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and contractors, to negotiate contracts and agreements.
