Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Anonymous. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

About the Role
  • Assist in the development and implementation of effective hiring strategies in collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases, job postings, and recruitment records to ensure seamless communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interview sessions to identify top talent for our organization.
Key Qualifications
  • Based in Ipoh or Kampar, Malaysia, with occasional team meet-ups or client interactions required.
  • Mandarin language proficiency is preferred to support communication with a diverse range of candidates and clients.
  • Fresh graduates with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Strong organizational skills and technical proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and online recruitment tools are essential.
