About the Role:

This technical position involves overseeing and managing the digital tools, technologies and strategies that support DKSH's internal & external collaboration, communication and productivity. You will work closely with various teams and stakeholders to design, implement and maintain an efficient and user-friendly digital workplace environment at global scale.

Main Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for building, running and maintaining digital workplace solutions, including virtual desktop infrastructure and unified endpoint management.
  • Familiar in identity management solutions, including Active Directory and Entra ID.
  • Experience in onboarding & offboarding process with Identity Governance & Administration solutions, including SailPoint, Saviynt or Okta.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Office 365 functionality, configuration, and usage.
  • Create and manage project timelines for all digital workplace solutions.
  • Assist evaluations for designing digital workplace solutions for supporting global implementation.
