Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Service Provider to join our Fibs Logistics team. As an IT Helpdesk Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing prompt and efficient remote L1/L2 support for systems and applications.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to user queries in a timely manner.
  • Carry out remote troubleshooting, diagnosis, and configuration changes for systems, networks, and software.
  • Identify problems, assign incidents, and escalate situations that require immediate attention.
  • Update and monitor IT infrastructure and software installations across offices.
  • Manage service requests: hardware requests, user setups, moves, additions, and modifications.
  • Maintain accurate and complete case data and comments at all times.
  • Onboard/offboard all IT systems and End User Computing services.
  • Utilize Remote and Diagnostics tools as needed to assist users in basic troubleshooting.
  • Troubleshoot and document resolution procedures for non-technical end-users.
  • Analytical, articulate, results-oriented, and provide excellent follow-up.
