Spertron Global AS is seeking a seasoned Senior IT Project Coordinator to join our Compliance Systems team. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for managing technical delivery of Compliance Technology domain related applications.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  2. Coordinate technical implementation activities across application teams.
  3. Collaborate with System Analysts, Functional Business Analysts, and SMEs to finalize functional and technical requirements.
  4. Provide status updates related to technical delivery to Project Manager/Program Manager.
  5. Escalate issues that impact project schedule on a timely basis.
  6. Prepare and manage technical implementation plan.
  7. Ensure completion of System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, performance/load testing, and application security testing.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar domain.
  • Proven working experience in project delivery or equivalent role with at least 6 years of relevant experience in large and complex organizations, preferably in the area of Banking and Finance.
  • Experience in actual systems development work, with prior coding, functional and technical specifications, systems development, and testing experience.
  • Good knowledge of AML policies, procedures, products, and industry practices preferred.
  • Good understanding and experience in software development cycle (Waterfall or Agile best practices).
