We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Operations Expert to lead our ICET team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing ICET systems, ensuring operational reliability, safety compliance, and continuous improvement across our fleet.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instrumentation, control, electrical, and telecommunications systems within the oil and gas industry. A proven track record of leading teams, managing complex projects, and driving system improvements is essential. Experience with FPSO operations is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage ICET systems to ensure operational reliability and safety compliance
  2. Develop and implement strategies for enhancing the efficiency and reliability of ICET systems
  3. Lead and manage the ICET team to ensure optimal performance of instrumentation, control, electrical, and telecommunications systems
  4. Oversee the operation and maintenance of ICET systems to meet production requirements, safety standards, and industry regulations
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to ICET systems
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
  7. Manage and oversee ICET-related projects from planning through execution and commissioning
  8. Provide technical support and training to team members
  9. Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry best practices related to ICET systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field
  • Advanced degree or professional certifications in ICET systems preferred
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in managing ICET systems or engineering roles
  • Proven experience in leading teams, managing complex projects, and driving system improvements
  • Experience with FPSO operations highly desirable
