Project Management Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant - Project Management to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating project activities from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for planning, implementation, and closure of project cycle.
  • Liaising with consultants and contractors to manage daily activities such as monitoring site progress, overseeing project implementation, conducting quality checks, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in managing defect rectification during Defect Liability Period (DLP) and ensure the defect is resolved within agreed timeframe.
Requirements
  • Candidate should possess a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in All Others Field.
  • Preferably at least 5 years of related working experience in developer/project management/property and construction.
  • Preferably Director specializing in Construction / Property or equivalent.
  • Good communication skills in English, Malay, Chinese language for both spoken and written.
  • Excellent in MS Excel & MS Powerpoint.
