This role entails:

Playing a key role in the customer claims process, providing timely and accurate reporting to support managing customer relationships.

Conducting thorough analyses of current failures to identify root causes and implement mistake-proof solutions.

Streamlining the process flow for 2nd level failure analysis and controlling failure analysis/3D/8D reporting structure and language.

Building up failure analysis capability within the Quality Organization and collaborating with various departments.
