Job Description:

Azeus Systems Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Counsel to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide strategic legal advice on employment and labour matters across various regions.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience working in similar roles for different jurisdictions and proven ability to work within geographically dispersed teams. You will be responsible for providing high-quality legal support to HR teams, covering all areas of employment/labour law, sales commission structures, and agreements.

Your duties will include reviewing employment contracts, drafting and reviewing policies, advising on pertinent regulations, conducting internal audits, and managing grievances, disciplinaries, and workplace disputes. You will also engage and manage outside counsel, prepare instructions, and oversee external legal support.
