Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Utilize statistical models and software tools to improve forecasting accuracy and make data-driven decisions.
  • Reporting: Create and present reports on demand forecasts, monitor changes in forecasts, and prepare timely reports.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and supply planning, to ensure demand plans align with predicted demand.
  • Process Improvement: Participate in improvement projects and training to enhance forecasting methodologies and supply chain processes.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to new users on demand planning tools and systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Data Analysis, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of work experience in demand planning within the ingredients and flavors manufacturing industry.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with SAP & Blue Yonder planning tools and Power BI is advantageous.
  • Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint are desirable.
