Claims Processing Professional, Asia

This role is responsible for end-to-end claims management of claims. This includes making decisions on claim outcome, declining claims, customer interaction (inbound and outbound), supplier coordination, raising payments to suppliers and claim finalization.

  • Manage claims from start to finish within the parameters of the claims manual, policies, and relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Ensure compliance within delegated authority limits and maintain effective communication with customers.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, set possible cost of claim updates, raise payments, and interpret policy coverage.
  • Promptly inform customers of acceptance or decline of claim and escalate issues as needed.

About You:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Knowledge of insurance principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in MS tools and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
