About the Job:
Claims Processing Professional, AsiaThis role is responsible for end-to-end claims management of claims. This includes making decisions on claim outcome, declining claims, customer interaction (inbound and outbound), supplier coordination, raising payments to suppliers and claim finalization.
- Manage claims from start to finish within the parameters of the claims manual, policies, and relevant legislation and regulations.
- Ensure compliance within delegated authority limits and maintain effective communication with customers.
- Coordinate with suppliers, set possible cost of claim updates, raise payments, and interpret policy coverage.
- Promptly inform customers of acceptance or decline of claim and escalate issues as needed.
About You:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Knowledge of insurance principles and practices.
- Proficiency in MS tools and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
