Luxoft is a global technology company that provides software development and consulting services to clients in the financial sector. As a Senior PL/SQL Developer, you will play a key role in designing and implementing database systems and applications using Oracle Database.

You will be part of a collaborative team that works closely with our clients to deliver innovative solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Main Responsibilities

  • To participate in user requirements gathering and provide impact analysis and efforts estimation.
  • To develop functionalities to cater for business requirements using Windows Scripting, SQL.
  • To design and build Control-M jobs for batch processing.
  • To carry out unit testing and SIT on the developed functions.
  • To support UAT cycle, troubleshoot issues, and provide bug fixes.
  • To raise remedy tickets for required changes in controlled environments.
  • To migrate deliverables objects using Aldon migration tools to UAT/Production environment.
  • To provide proper documentation for all the deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 6-9 years of relevant experience in a techno-functional role in the Financial domain.
  • Well versed in PL/SQL.
  • Experience working on Oracle Database.
  • Language: SQL/PLSQL, Shell Scripting.
  • Environment: Unix/Windows.
  • Control M knowledge.
  • Able to work independently with minimum guidance.
  • Good communication skills (to work with various Teams including users).
  • Able to organize and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
