Your Role:

You will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent across multiple global markets starting with all South-East Asia countries such as Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia and Philippines.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute effective international recruitment strategies to attract top talent for Growth roles, including local marketing, business development, and retail support positions.
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Global Sourcing & Outreach: Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and direct sourcing to identify high-potential candidates across the region.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and engaging recruitment experience that reflects Nothing's unique culture.
  • Recruitment Data & Insights: Track hiring metrics, analyze recruitment effectiveness, and optimize processes for efficiency.

Key Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in international recruitment, preferably in consumer electronics, technology, or fast-growth startups.
  • Proven track record of hiring sales, marketing, business development, or operations talent in global markets.
  • Strong knowledge of international hiring practices, including visa sponsorship, compliance, and cultural nuances.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools.
