Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of the supply chain
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve high levels of product quality at the lowest possible cost
• Lead the resolution of supplier quality issues in production and field operations
• Identify, communicate, and resolve supplier quality deviations, including stop shipments and field actions
• Support production teams with supplier-related issues
• Drive continuous improvement and resolution of systemic supplier site concerns
• Utilize SAP systems to manage supplier quality
• Travel to suppliers' sites to conduct assessments and resolve issues
• Monitor and follow up on phased documentation for new or changed parts at suppliers
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by superiors

Requirements:

• Minimum degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related manufacturing environment
• Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa, and Mandarin (for liaison with China counterparts)
