About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our Ambition Group team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for performing complex transactional and rule-based activities.

Main Responsibilities include:

  • End-to-end Record to Reporting Scope, including opportunity to take on Statutory Reporting / Controller tasks.
  • Involvement in end-to-end General Ledger Reporting work.
  • Preparation of Statutory Accounts and liaison with External Auditor for Financial Statement Preparation.
  • Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
  • Maintenance of accounting records, including data entry of complete and accurate data for day-to-day business transactions.
  • Responsibility for completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of operations in the general ledger, fixed asset, and intercompany accounts, as well as treasury transactions and bank reconciliations.
  • Preparation of analytic reports and/or accounting schedules, review for irregularities, develop investigation and corrective action plans.
  • Reconciliation and analysis of various trial balance accounts.
  • Preparation and consolidation of month-end & year-end financial reports.
  • Preparation of P&L accounts, perform analytical review, and trend analysis.

Main Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience for RTR analyst or accounts executive.
  • Candidate with audit background & commercial accountant background is open to apply.
  • Degree in Finance & Accounting/Commerce or equivalent with professional qualifications such as ICAEW/ACCA/CPA/MIA will be advantageous.
  • SAP Knowledge will be great.
  • Able to work well with the team in a fast-paced MNC environment.
  • Prior experience in SSC / GBS / COE / Local Public Listed Company or International MNC environment will be advantageous.
