Job Overview

The Store Presentation Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all Under Armour stores have a consistent and compelling visual presentation that showcases our brand and products. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to design and execute visual merchandising initiatives that meet business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising plans: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement visually appealing displays and promotions that drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Maintain store appearance: Oversee the daily upkeep of store displays, fixtures, and equipment to ensure a clean and inviting environment for customers.
  • Train and develop team members: Provide guidance and coaching to team members on visual merchandising best practices and company standards.
  • Monitor and analyse results: Track and evaluate sales data and customer feedback to inform visual merchandising decisions and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, with a strong retail background
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Valid driver's license (if required by location)
