The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules, workforce transformation, and cloud-based HR solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions across various modules.
  • Provide technical and functional guidance on best practices, integration strategies, and optimization techniques.
  • Define end-to-end HR digital transformation strategies and roadmap leveraging SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business stakeholders, to ensure seamless execution.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors architecture, implementation, and delivery.
  • Strong expertise in at least two or more SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning, Compensation).
  • Proven experience in solution design, system integration, and HR process optimization.
